Jupie's debut EP “Deep in the Seat” focuses on the nature of reconciliation through sparse arrangements of vocals, guitar, bass, and synths that weave the fragments of narrative into a cohesive collection of lo-fi memories. Recorded in BedStuy with help from Brooklyn producer Gabe Goodman, these songs push at the boundaries of their arrangements to invite the listener to dwell inside the warmth of Bowditch’s artistry.
